Video Sync problems with Zune and Lumia 800
Posted on February 11, 2012Recently i try sync video from phone to my pc and get error with code C00D11E4…
Fix :
1.Click Start, and then click All Programs.
2.Click Accessories, and then click Run.
3.Type regedit, and then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
4.In the navigation pane, locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mp4
5.In the right-hand pane, double-click (Default).
6.In the Value data box, enter videofile and then click OK.
7.Exit Registry Editor.
8.Try to sync a photo\video taken with the phone.
